The fallout continues from the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers who oppose the shots on religious grounds in the Empire State.
Special Counsel Michael McHale tells Family Life, the Thomas More Society expected the Supreme Court to intervene, but it’s now been a week since religious exemptions were taken away for New York’s healthcare workers.
McHale also spoke about the case involving the Biden Administration, OSHA, and those that oppose mandatory vaccines for companies employing 100 or more people. That case, following a stay on the mandate by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals was assigned to the Sixth Circuit Court.
Just last week, the Biden Administration asked the Sixth Circuit to revive the vaccine mandate.
